DV8 Offroad Replacement Ball Joint Kit Dana 30 or Dana 44 Fits 2007-18 Jeep Wrangler JK DV8's JKBLJNT-01 is designed for rugged off-road use. DV8 uses SAE4140 chromoly steel studs and SAE1045 steel housings to make one of the toughest ball joints on the market. These ball joints are also greaseable which allows for standard maintenance and increased longevity. The grooves on the side of the housing are closer together resulting in superior resistance to turning that can occur and also helps makes the install easier.
